On the grounds you will find a swing chair, a small patio with Bar B Que Grill, and a large patio area with out door Jacuzzi and lounging area. Also on the grounds is a separate laundry area, with a view of the mountains behind Montecito, surrounded by Lavendar plants.
Ample off-street parking is provided with a lighted path through the grounds to the Treehouse Cottage, and the Patio Cottage. Westmont College is a stone's throw away, and Brooks Institute of Photography about a mile.
